A levedura de panificação instantânea a seco Tempo <\/strong>sem ácido ascórbico é embalada a vácuo em folhas. A levedura seca instantânea é melhorada a partir de levedura seca activa, que não necessita de qualquer etapa de reidratação antes da preparação da massa. Basta apenas misturar com farinha.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

É ideal para bagels, bolachas, croissants, donuts, muffins ingleses, pães planos, pães do coração, pães curtos e crostas de pizza, se houver oxidação suficiente na massa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dosagem recomendada:<\/strong>
\n1 colher de levedura = 1\/3 de levedura seca instantânea.
\nAo substituir a levedura, é necessário adicionar água adicional à massa.<\/em>
\nIdeal para massas de baixo teor de açúcar (0 a 5% de açúcar em proporção ao peso da farinha).<\/span><\/p>\n
